Today the Big Day Out’s official Twitter account announced that this year’s Big Day Out will be the last ever to be held in New Zealand.
“This year will be New Zealand’s last Big Day Out. Come party with us this Friday. It’s been an amazing 18 years here in Auckland,” the tweet said.
The Big Day Out will continue to be held in Australia’s main cities.
